Details:TEACH WITH PASSION Neila will discuss how everything we do in schools impact children and their learning. Just as we must LIVE with passion—we must TEACH with passion. The topics addressed will include Passion, Attitude, Self-esteem, Security, Innovation, Optimism, and NEVER let a day go by without Living, Loving, Learning, and Laughing. THE WORTH of THEM ALL Neila will discuss the importance of recognizing EVERY child by ensuring success for all. She will share strategies to motivate, inspire, and encourage children. Featuring Neila Connors author of “If you don’t Feed the Teachers, They Eat the Students” Neila has been recognized by many states and received the Distinguished Service award from Florida, Georgia, and the Connecticut Association of Schools. Her research has been in the areas of teacher advisory programs, successful counselors, attitudes of students from rural areas, positive teachers and their characteristics and homework. Among her most notable publications are S.O.S. (Success-Oriented Strategies) or Teachers of At-Risk Early Adolescents: P.S. – All Early Adolescents Are at Risk! And Homework: a New Direction. Her most recent publication, “If You Don’t Feed the Teachers, They Eat the Students”, a guide for all educators, has received many enthusiastic reviews. She is presently writing a partner book for businesses entitled “If you Don’t Feed Your Employees, They Eat the Customers”
